Breath and Attention
Everything in this world pulls our attention. Like a focus point that illuminates what ever we allow it to. We give the illuminated area power to thrive. With attention on each breath we pull our attention back to a point within, from that center point, we are able to activly direct it breath by breath.

One can not know the truth. As long as we know, we are blocking the truth. The defenition of truth is that it can not be argued. There is one truth. No one can tell the truth. Words are arguable.
